File Clerk This position is located in the Health Information Management Section/Patient Administrative Services. The primary purpose of this position is to maintain, file, index and scan patient medical records.-Receive, index, scan and assign appropriate nomenclature to health and administrative information-Sort, scan and index loose health record documents and materials-Perform qualitative review on work-Assures patient care data is entered accurately, timely and is complete-Assists with improved.
