What you?ll do on a typical day:

  • Work directly with customers to track shipments, provide rate quotes, schedule pickup and delivery

  • Research and resolve billing issues; manage claims resolution, filing, and tracking; submit corrections and dispute resolution requests

  • Perform over, short, and damaged (OS&D) freight assessments

  • Scan shipment documents

  • Provide website support; provide operational assistance to include routing and planning

  • Receive Tier 2 escalation matters from CSRs and bring to resolution

  • Log sales support cases into salesforce.com

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you?ll need:

  • High school diploma

  • 3 years of experience in a customer service role with proven skills in handling customer issues professionally and swiftly

  • Strong typing and 10-key skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and salesforce.com?

It?d be great if you also have:

  • Associate degree in related field

  • Transportation experience

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills with great attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
